Hello I would prefer to have an email account to send this to however this seems to be the only form of complaint or contact i can make directly with Bungie.
I have managed to complete Destiny and get to level 20 but with a great struggle.
I have received all the error codes from VIPER to CANARY to whatever other stupid codes keep coming up as you kick me out of the game repeatedly. I have gone into my internet setting and Forwarded all the ports you claim are necessary for the "best" experience. And I am still unable to complete bounty after bounty and strike after strike. I have contacted my internet company, and they have gone through trouble shoot information with me, i have done your so called trouble shooting so many times I have lost count.
My question is what is Bungie doing about the problem????? And what are you going to do for us the customers for having to put up with this problem repeatedly and ruining are gaming experience which is a shame as Destiny is such a good game.

We are having the same issues. Come on Bungie and fix these connection issues. The beta game was so much better.

Didn't you see their responses from other posts. They pretty much blame every other possible option for your problems. It's YOUR modem, router, ISP, etc.
