Hello, I'm a fellow a fellow Xbox 360 fan, and I'm here to tell you (BUNGIE) about an idea that will change games for the good. My idea is that on all games with blood and language can make it where the player can go on settings, and turn off the blood and language. As you can see, most parents don't want their children playing games with blood and language, so if you put this idea to action, more parents will trust your games more, and you will get more money, so basically, its a win win. This a small project, not a big one like the Xbox one, so you can make a small team and they can go back through out all the games you made with blood and language, and make it where the player can go on settings and turn off the blood and language. But I know you guys made a lot of games through out the years, so I best suggest do the games people still play, that way you wont wast time and money. Alright, if you do put this project to action, but I have total confidence you will, I best suggest to start with Halo Reach, its a good head start, and its very popular. I would like to give you some examples and comments to assist with the project.
Comments I have:
When I look at the content on the back, all I can see is M: Blood and Violence, but when I played the game, I heard language, so you should add language with the content. Now, one thing you need to do is add a settings mode on the main menu of halo reach, that way, the player can access settings real easy. Now, when you put the project to action, when you finished with halo reach, the content should say T-M: Blood (on or off) Language (on or off) Violence, not only for halo reach, but for all the games when you finish changing them to where the player can go to settings and turn off blood and language.
Examples I have:
1: on the first level of halo reach, the big guy with the turret he always carry said "its the god D** covenant" now, when you edited it, he should say "its the covenant". Reason? Example: do you remember that credit card commercial, the man said "every D** day", now, when people saw that, they were upset about that, so the company went back and edited it where he said "every day". Now that is a good example. Here is a hint, if you cant find a good way to block that one bad word, just remove the sentence, or add words (not the language ones) to make it sound normal.
2: on halo reach, there's blood, and I can give you an example that you can make it where the player can turn it off on settings. Example: when me and my friend were at school one day, we had some free time on the computers, and he told me a cool game "Plasma Burst 2" he told me there's blood in it, but you can turn it off in settings. So when I got on it, he was right, you can get on the game yourself to find out.
Now I hope you go by this great project that will change games for the good.

While Destiny is a game, it has it's own section meant specifically for it. It's like posting #Gaming related threads in #Offtopic. Yes #Gaming is Offtopic from the main purpose of bungie (Destiny) ,but it has it's own section meant for it so anything gaming related should go in #Gaming. With all the destiny related threads I'm #Gaming it is a chore to search for other content besides destiny (which I can find plenty of info on by going to #Destiny)... Please edit the tag from #Gaming to #Destiny Thanks, Shru

A: #Destiny B: it's already rated teen. C: if you can't expose your child to minimal blood and very mild language then why is he/she playing an always online game with lethal firearms and war? D: your English Grammar is terrible.

This is a teen game and you get stuff like that OMG -________________-

Edited by Upperclass Bum: 9/20/2014 4:05:19 AMTl;dr This feature already exists in most M rated games...

i am not understanding why this would be a "good" thing. I mean, the act of shooting a character to me seems more violent than blood coming out from that shot...really seems residual almost.

Some games you can borderlands tlou. It's an option.
-
What are you 5? The game says mature for a reason you tard, kids shouldn't be on xbox anyways
-
Can't believe i read that
-
There was a lot of blood, violence and swearing involved in reading that.
-
It used to be a option in COD but now its not there. I guess the children learned to curse and Activision saw no point in having it as a option.

Real answer:
Assuming this is written by a young person Im afraid you don't understand bungie cannot go back and implement this feature in their games, for multiple reason. One, Bungie no longer owns Halo, so they cannot fiddle the settings. Also, it isnt just a simple side matter to go back and carefully pick through each dialogue sequence and rework it without curse words, same with the blood. All their attention is toward Destiny right now, and it has neither. End.
Report back to me if your eyes start to bleed.
Fuck
