The minimap in Destiny.. so much to talk about. If I'm on b flag, I can see any enemy from any direction without even having to see them physically, basically, unlimited uav recon and no one can avoid it. I find it that it's not so intense where I'm like OH GOD WHERES THIS GUY GONNA COME FROM but instead I'm like oh he's coming from that ally, I'll prepare myself. No true intense moments. Just dumb down the minimap so I see people when they shoot or use maybe there jump ability. As of now the map is what I rely on to see enemies coming from anywhere.

its perfect, prevents camping, ensures action. think about this, if they only make it bleep while shooting, shotgun camper rampage will ensue. and i will hold you personally responsible for ruining pvp.
-
You don't show up at all when crouched.....
-
By Bungie's standards, the radar is dumbed down. In Halo you got a dot for each person, not just a lit up segment. And you can avoid it by crouching.
-
Just when I thought I heard it all when it comes to stuff being op...... Really?
-
No, just no.
-
Go back to cod
-
Its a Minimap, just learn to read it, this post is dumb.
-
How can it be op when everyone has it
-
Edited by thefartassassin: 9/19/2014 12:31:41 AMI prefer motion trackers over normal radar due to the simple fact that it allows both players to be ready and have an intense gunfight instead of, "I found you first I win."
-
Ok to clarify guys, I'm not a fan of cod. Second all I would like is a minimap that shows an enemy when they shoot, use jump ability, and stay in one spot more than 3 seconds. That's all. It's an opinion so I don't know what all the rage is about
-
The mini map is great you can see their direction when they are not crouched but that doesn't mean you will get the first hit on them. Welcome supers.
-
is there anything in crucible that isn't OP? everyone is complaining about pretty much everything being OP.
-
Brings it down to skill. Who's better and who's quicker. If you were good you wouldn't complain.
-
Well.. go back to cod then. Halo was exactly the same

Edited by freshlydunbread: 9/18/2014 11:57:12 PMGo play your CoD and leave the real games to the hardcores
-
Ever play halo? It's like the motion sensor in case it's not obvious enough.
-
huh...thats what it is there for... took some getting used to but it actually helps alot esp countering shottys and fusion whores
-
no u just suck
-
You're a disgrace to warlocks
-
GIT GUD.
-

I've never seen someone complain about the ability to know where the enemy is coming from. Maybe your K/D is awful from trigger leprechauns or recoil pygmies.

One word. Crouch.
