Why does it stop then? Because all the cod tools will bail off destiny when the new cod comes out. Then all of us who love the game and the loot grind and explore aspects can enjoy vastly less whine in the forums. No more bungie owes me. No more bungie blah blah.

-
Damn, I thought you some how found the date that they plan on coming out of beta.
-
COD has become Nickleback...no one admits to liking it, claims they hate it...yet it still sells out...hmmm, mass denial maybe?
-

Edited by RankRancid: 9/22/2014 5:57:53 AMGood riddance to all the assholes that hate but can never leave. Good riddance to the crying morons on this thread. Good riddance to the poor peasants that can't afford the dlc. Bye bye cheap assholes come November 3rd. Lol at all the teenagers that parents can only buy the game for them but no dlc. Hopefully Bungie will throw you peasants some crumbs till November. Then you assholes can go play your same shit 7 tiny maps over and over.

I like destiny, but i will undoubtedly stop playing for a while when shadow of mordor comes out, occasionally going back on for pvp. But my playtime for it will reduce to almost nil when inquisition comes out, dependant on whether its more like origins, or the substantially worse dragon age 2. Also if any interesting events happen i'll go back on for a bit.
-
Seriously. I cant wait for Destiny to fliter out the COD players and go play that Titanfall knock off.
-
Amen to the highest

I would call all people who play CoD tools! I loved CoD up until I got ripped off by purchasing Ghost.(worst cod ever) I love Destiny though. People have different taste in gaming. If they like CoD so be it. To much hate on this forum. To many idiots.
-
CoD needs to hurry up I am ready to get away from you Bungie Fanboys and troll some tryhards.
-
Can't wait for more Master Chief. Bye bye Bungie
-
Bungie let me down I rather play Advanced Warfare and I think that it will have a better story as sad as it is
-
I originally played cod, came over to this once it was out and can say I don't have a single complaint and don't even want to play another cod game since this
-
Can't wait for that.Hurry and go play that repackaged game
-
I thought sept 9th was the release of the full sixty dollar game. My mistake bungie, didn't know it was a crowd funder. Where did all those millions go?

I'll be honest. If this game is going to survive it will be absolutely mandatory for it to: 1-Massively increase the size of the existing maps and add additional locations. 2-Give players the ability to trade with one another. I mean, come on Bungie, surely to goodness you realize that every other RPG on Earth has that option. 3-Give us the option to name our Guardians and customize their height and body build. This is basic stuff here, get with the program. 4-Ability to customize firearms, such as barrel length, color, magazine size, fire rate, etc. This is a major disappointment for such a well polished game not to have such a basic feature. 5-Make side missions actually worth while by giving each one a story of it's own. I'll be honest here, the side missions of Destiny are the lamest of almost any RPG I've ever played and I've been playing them since Wasteland and the original Final Fantasy on up to Diablo 3. 6-Offer reward options at the end of each quest. For instance, give the player the option of choosing between a rare Encrypted Engram or Strange Coins for completing a mission. 7-Make every planet the freaking solar system available for play. It absolutely sucks that I'm stuck visiting the same locals over and over again. It's boring and greatly detracts from the fun of the game. 8-Give us Class Specific Weapons. For instance, the Titan could carry spiked gauntlets, the Hunter could obtain a short sword, and the Warlock could get Energy Gauntlets. 9-Vehicular weapons and combat on Sparrow and our Ships. 10-Raise level Cap to at least 50. No one likes to see there character level maxed after only 3 days of playing a game. It's boring, and makes the game seem generic. If Bungie were to do all of these things the game would thrive and stomp it's competition, but as it currently stands, it's just too dang short and repetitive in comparison every other RPG on the market. Honestly I feel like Bungie didn't really research the Genre enough while developing the game. Either that or they were just lazy, and I would hope that laziness is not the case.

Or you know... they can always play both.
-
and destiny will lose a big chuck of its audience leading to below expected sales for dlc which will lead to 1 of 3 things 1: destiny adaptes to smaller audience with less budget for each expansion diminishing their quality 2: destiny changes everything in a despereate attempt to gain its lost audience 3: destiny runs out of money and is no longer considered financially viable by activison so they cancel anymore dlc content so solid plan you got there
-
Edited by Primordial Bias: 9/21/2014 3:48:56 AMSo Bungie losing a huge number of it's audience and not having anybody to give any criticism so Bungie knows what to improve? You don't want Bungie to be able to improve because there's nobody to tell them what's wrong with the game? Why would I only play one franchise anyway? And I don't even play COD and I have no interest. I don't even have any interest in modern military shooters.
-
Thank god!
-
There isn't much explore aspect. And you're actively excited about a shrinking fanbase? That's pretty much the working definition of being a tool.
-
...so less players is good? This game kinda requires players. I mean basically what you're saying is that only the hardcore destiny lovers should stay? Those that are 26+ and keep playing? So when a new destiny player wants to do the earth strike, who will he play with if no one wants to play destiny? Posts like this are funny, especially for this game. You know that in order for this game to remain a success and last 10 years it's going to need more than a handful of players, right? And also a steady flow of new players.
-
It's funny how all of you saying Cod sucks have horrible K/D in both strikes and the crucible. Get better at FPS's Then say something. The loot system in Destiny is broken as hell and explore mode is the biggest joke of all.
