So far, I love Destiny completely! Like all games, though, it's missing something. I think there should be a Survival mode, where you just get dropped in and have to survive unending waves of enemies. That way we can actually achieve the 3-man back-to-back that we see in the trailer (or even 6-man survival!). Sparrow races would be awesome too, but I've already seen topics about that. A free-roam of the City would be a cool addition for those that love detail of that sort. These are just ideas, but I think they would be great additions to Destiny!
