bungie.net can't see profile
Hi,
Usually when you go on someone's profile on bungie.net, you can see two tabs: profile and membership. Unfortunately, for one of our clan members, you can only see membership. So we can't see his guardian. We tried to see if it was a privacy setting problem but we didn't find any on either bungie.net or on his ps4. Did anybody else have this problem? Thank you very much!

1 ReplyDoes the user in question have his/her gamertag/PSN visbile on the profile? Having these not visible from the profile will affect character visibility. You can change the visibility of your XBL/PSN profile(s) by going to your profile page > Settings > Linked Accounts and selecting the desired visibility option.

Is their PSN id or Xbox gamer tag linked to their bungie.net account?
