Just chilling at work reading the forums as usual, and safe to say that this last week has not been the most productive. I love reading all the hate posts...over...and over...and over. There should be a separate forum tab for all the "#$%! you Bungie posts"
I absorb as much hate as possible from the forums between 9am-5pm and come home ready to throw the game out the window...but then something magical happens. I actually play the game and have an absolute freaking blast every time. Minutes turn to hours and before I know it I am telling myself "One more game" at 2am.
It amazes me the lack of respect that people have for the developer and game in general. If you dislike it, please...GTFO. COD: Black Ops 9 will be here soon, with plenty of new groundbreaking features...

Yeah. I don't understand it either. Sure I agree that the story is (currently) a little short and thin but I expect that to change. Personally I judge the quality of a game by how much I think about wanting to play it. Right now I am at work, on the forum obviously, and I can't wait to get home and put a quick 30 minutes in before the wife gets home from work. And I've already put over 35 hours into it. I'm completely addicted.

The concept of just having fun has died in the gaming community.

Edited by Ostensibly: 9/18/2014 4:01:37 PMIt's like this with every Bungie release dude. It's just more noticeable now that we have both Xbox and PS.

I've played a lot of games I disliked. Not once did I go to the message board and make elaborate declarations of my displeasure. So when I see someone post that garbage here I flat-out don't believe them. They love the game, they just love bitching more.
