So, for two days now I've been unable to access the crucible. [Evaluating guardians message just spins and spins] Also, when I go to the Tower there are zero players there. I'm all alone. Where'd everybody go? Is anyone actually able to play in the crucible currently?
Playing on Xbox One. I've received no errors, even through the past two days. I can solo play just fine and my stats/gear/inventory are getting updated here at bungie.net.
what the heck is going on? I've changed NOTHING on my end. For a week I had a great running game, now I have half of a game.
Any suggestions? Advice? I'm not caught up in the university mess. Just your average at home user.
FIXED: By using the suggestion below to turn off my Xbox for a minute or so, the issue was resolved.

Could you perhaps specify what you did exactly? Having this problem on PS4 and already turned off my PS4 but that did not fix it for me. Things I have tried (with no succes): - Unpluggend LAN-cable while ingame and plugging it back in - Exited the game and switched off PS4 and then unplugged powercable for a minute - Put PS4 in DMZ (already had type 2 nat and did not get an error once) - Restored my licences - Changed my fireteam status - Resetting my PS4 while ingame I don't know what to do :( -

Having the same issue on my Xbox one all last night too. Got disconnected from a crucible match and then couldn't connect to any PvP matches and Tower/Game world is empty of other players. Restarted console same thing, started as a new character, same thing. I'll try again today, hopefully it's fixed it's self.

Fix your NAT type and make it open My game did this until i changed it to open

I haven't changed anything on my end and this only started yesterday. Can't figure out what's causing it :(

It's the same at our house. both my husband and i have this problem. and at the tower too, i am the only one there. any idea yet on what the deal is?

Hit the guide button, press start, scroll down to quit button(press it) and start the game back up. If that doesn't work unplug your system for a minute and try again.

Same problem here... Looks i am all alone... Cant play crucible. Nobody there at the tower... Bungie help!!!!! This is boring!

It is doing this to me too, but it's saying I need an Xbox Live Gold account....which I do and it is paid until 6/5/15 so...? I am going to try quit/restart the game as suggested below.

At least you can get on...my game keeps getting disconnected from the freaking server and I can't play at all.
