Hello!! ...Multiplayer not connecting. "Mongoose error"

Wow! Just came on here to see if there was a fix for this. Was surprised to see a pitiful lack of engagement from Bungie support on this and apparently lots of other issues. Not a good game launch/execution if the follow through leaves a bad impression (i.e. -rage) on the consumer's mind. Anyway, I get stuck on Crucible load screen - endlessly searching for Guardians... ...for every game type. Says go to bungie.net and check for "mongoose". Now that I've seen some feedback here I'm reminded that I had a few events last night - where no one showed up to help - and trying to remember when's last time I saw another player. And yup - it's been since the recent update a day or two ago. Dammit, I was really getting into this game, too. Tried powering down/resetting modem, router, everything... ...no help. Nevertheless, I'm sending feedback hoping Bungie will address and solve - but don't have much confidence, unfortunately. Bungie, it's not too late for customer support - you can still come through!!

  • Also have this problem, only time i have seen another player is when i get invited or invite a friend to a fireteam can never see any other players and every time i try to play in the crucible it times out. The beta worked fine as do other games on my network this is obviously a bug on their part and needs to be addressed and fixed.
