Maybe your teammates need to push the enemy off your corpse rather than mindlessly running up to it and hitting "revive"

Or you could not try to get up on the 80 foot tall monster's face like you're Rambo. If the monster walked over to you then it will walk over to the next person to shoot it and someone can revive you. Play games much?

Have your teammates shoot at them to draw their attention and do a run around. Just gotta think a little bit and it becomes pretty easy.
