Hey guys, I wanted to ask everyone if voice chat is turned off by default like it was in the Beta? My friend has joined like 10+ Strikes without the aid of friends, and says that not once has he been able to chat with anyone by default. I was thinking that this sounds just like the nonsense that was in the Beta, but I wasn't sure if it's been confirmed. When I go into Strikes with a Fireteam of friends, we can all chat. We can also chat when we do missions together, but from what I've heard you can't voicechat by default with people you don't know or aren't your friends by default.
