The Ups to the Downs

As with every game available on the market there are many downsides to its content but there's also upsides to them. These are all my honest opinions about the game and are subject to change with added content. After reading a review online about why Destiny is a dead game, I got wondering, is it really and I'm just so immersed in the game world that I have yet to notice? From coming back to life in Old Russia to pouring bullets in the Cabals heads. I never once thought to myself about the story or plot of this game. I was having more fun going here and here to do this, then kill this thing and I'm done. Destiny does have a few downsides in my opinion. I wished that exploring the city was actually an option instead of the Tower. Perhaps a small market place for different vendors that require items only found in raids. To a small bar of sorts, just to lively up the 'social hub' I love this game with 30+ hours I still find something to do that appeals to me. From creating new characters to grinding away 2k rep for the vanguard in BOUNTIES that was no fun but it still appealed me for a few hours. The crucible is always fun, every game with classes is going to be unbalanced for certain reasons. Saying something is unbalanced is saying one thing is to over powering making it no fun. Yes I'm implying that people say Hunters are OP, but in reality their not here's why. I for the majority of the time thought they were OP, but here's how to succeed. If you come across Golden Gun your dead, if you come across Fist of Havoc your done, if you come across Nova Bomb your gone. SEE it doesn't matter, every super is powerful, it's about how you use it. I've come across hunters who couldn't kill me with Golden Gun or Bladedancer. Warlocks who over throw the nova bomb, and a Titan who didn't get to his Fist on time was met with a head of bullets. While the story maybe a little bland, some aspects of some things boring or something being OP. I still try to figure out how 5 hours of my night just vanished. This game beings to the table what I've wanted for a long time. It combines MMO and RPG with FPS. Destiny is no failure or dead game, dead games are like Call of Duty, always the same thing over and over. Yet they've still managed to be popular and yes I play them, no more now that I have Destiny. While things can be added to upgrade our experience, there has to be downsides. It's what makes a game, a game. It helps the developers come up with new updates, something that makes that downside an upside. By making a mob to hard it puts the gamer in a few spots. Keep trying till you win, or leave and return stronger than before. With so many options in the game, weekly strike, daily heroic, raid, strikes, bounties, patrols, and the crucible, there's more ways to have fun than most games. I say this, A true gamer sticks to the game, he rides the waves of negative reviews, and watches the game evolve. I've said enough! Now that there's a raid, i expect a lot of you to farm for new gear to become the most successful!
My GT: CottonCandyYuMm, 25 Warlock, Xbox 360!
