I agree with Final Boss. The ones that attempt it first have to figure it all out. They like being the first to crack it and probably will get some kind of recognition. After it's been done, then you'll see guides and walkthroughs with a lot of details and tips. At that point it should be much less of an effort. Also you can, after a while, get fireteam members that have run it and have better gear and makes the whole thing easier.
