How many Legendary drops have you had?
I just reached Level 20 and have a rare helmet with 10 Light. I understand the aim to get Light points to level up from here on out, but doing Strikes and playing Crucible seems like it would take AGES to save up enough marks to buy even one Legendary weapon (or any weapon with Light points for that matter)
I'm wondering how often you folks see Legendary drops (or Light gear drops) and where have you received them?
I'm thinking of spending a few hours exploring the planets in Patrol, but am not sure if I will receive any gear I'm looking for here...

11,759 kills cryptarch level 6.. I've had 2 legendary drops.. One was turned into a rare hunter piece (I'm a warlock) the other was turned into a green piece.. I'm level 25 was 23 when I got them.. I have gotten a legendary helmet and gauntlets from a rare drop though..

I got a legendary engram from the Crucible and it gave me a legendary helmet. That was at level 23 and it got me to 24. It's all random, but I think if you level your Cryptarch they become more common.
