Now everyone loves to see that special message come up telling you that you or someone in your strike team got a legendary item but what is a joke is that everytime I have had one (7times now) it turns out to be a upgrade material. Now while this is great I think that upgrade materials should not be handed out from engrams... Here's my reason: if someone has a legendary item and gets a new legendary item for the same slot (let's say chest), all they will do is compare the two, Equip the best and then dismantle the unused for the material or place in storage for a new character. I don't mind the idea of being able to get items for any class from an engram but the materials really need to stop. It makes the grind 10 times harder when bungie troll me by putting false hope in my eyes. Basically I'm raging that I have no legendaries.. Any thoughts on this :)
