lag and dedicated severs please

I have good internet and I get in between .2 and 4 seconds damage/hit-markers lag.. The way you set up your network sucker it is literally not figuratively impossible to make pvp work in your network structure. pve works great but pvp not so much please switch crucible to dedicated severs and add matchmaking/voting for maps.
