No, I am not discriminating antisocial people, as I am antisocial in real life as well (this is due to the disorders I have, where I am beyond fault and control of my anti-socialism). I would get "awkward" when I speak to people of unfamiliarity and will lose the ability to communicate effectively.
Restricting a gametype to forced socialism is disadvantageous to us antisocial people, and I would rather do Raids alone than with "friends" (and gathering friends to do a Raid may be troublesome), and the entire plan may fail.
So, with this poll, we shall see the success of Raids.

Bungie made this game, they have the right to force their ideology on us. At least it's an ideology of friendship and cooperation, there are worse things to make people do. Also, if you are antisocial, you wouldn't like the Raid anyway. It's all about teamwork, just go back to one-manning the story missions.

I'm not the most socialable of people, but I don't mind speaking to people over mic. I'm not sure why the game has to appeal to everybody? This is the way Bungie wanted raids to be. We were told how they would work before release. Making it difficult and requiring real teamwork is not a bad thing. I don't think I fit the criteria in your poll. I'm unsociable, but I'm happy to speak to other players while playing games. I probably don't know enough people to do a raid, though.

Edited by Chibadiba: 9/18/2014 6:56:14 AMI run raids with 8-16 people on other games but I'm not that big of a talker so I don't use my mic to talk. Does that make me social or antisocial?
-
add me on ps3 skee191 lvl 26 titan
-
You're looking for "Asocial". Antisocial would be somebody who actively goes out of their way to be an asshole. The more you know.
-
Unsociable. Not antisocial. Two very different things
-
One thing i found in raids is to pay attention to others and adjust accordingly. If you can't speak use your eyes
-
What if I'm a mute and cannot speak, and use sign language. Hmmm not fair to those players is it?

Add me on Xbox one: GT= Gibbzy E5
-
I'm looking for serious people to add who actually want to play cause I add you mutha-blam!-ers and then I try to invite you! Then no -blam!-in reply the -blam!-?!
-
Group of guys I met on the forum we were doing the raid. Got to the end boss but have to take a break from killing vex. So much deaths and so much dead vex. This raid is superiorly hard but also very enjoyable and fun if u make it fun
-
The Raid can't be done with one person... There needs to be at least 3 to even open the door.
-
There's no antisocial disease. It's all in the mind.
-
I think you fail to see the purpose of raids. They are meant for closely coordinated teamwork and are by design very difficult for groups to complete. The isn't discriminatory, it's a game mode. You chose to play an ONLINE game with other people. Either use this as an opportunity to stop being an anti social nerd, or play something else.

LF raid group PS4 aliens4ever117
-
Well it's not so much antisocial it's jus you can only have so many online friends I'm not sure how much it is for playstation but xbox the cap is 100 now out of all those friends not everyone has destiny those who do have destiny aren't high enough level those that are high enough level can't always b online when I am lol. So I mean the fact that there isn't any matchmaking for raids really does suck and even if you have all these friends doesn't mean you can't always get on unless you set up a time, so for people who are antisocial it honestly isn't fair for them but than again they probably wouldn't have an online membership but you never kno.

Edited by DinoGnar: 9/16/2014 2:36:14 PMAll you need is one speaker(fireteam leader) And the rest are the people who follow orders. In your team of six have more teams. Team one:Alpha fireteam leader(Titan) and a Warlock Team two:bravo Titan and a hunter Team three:Charlie: hunter and warlock Now the fireteam team leader is in charge of the whole battle and order the rest of the teams Alpha go to the first flag Bravo flank from the left side and help alpha "Guys name from Charlie" come with me i need you to protect bravo and I will protect you. All orders are ago get them done teamwork is key. So yeah you will need to "get" really into the game doing it this way. Kinda like log horizon and shiroe the strategist And the rest follow his lead.

The real issue is finding other people in my social circles who are lvl 26, most just hit 20. Or that own a PS4 or own Destiny for that matter. :|
-
Dude i finished raids in DC universe online with random people every time with out a problem so whats the -blam!-ing difference here?
-
I am interested in doing raids and have created a clan that I would like to fill with like minded individuals if you are interested take a look. http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/287878
-
I don't like to talk about it...
-
Don't do raids with a mic, then? Bungie ain't forcing anybody to Talk.
-
I'm anti social but I'm overcoming that just to do content, it's really no big deal, I set up the 26 and 28 version of the weekly heroic and even the weekly nightfall, all were killed and only me and 1 other had a mic at any given time, it really helps just to say "Shanks are up" and that's really the most social it ever got
-
That's not antisocial it's schizoid P/D, antisocial r criminals.
