Vanguard Marks and Vanguard Rep
Ok so I know that every week there are a cap on how many Vanguard Marks you can get a week which is 100. Is there a cap on Vanguard Rep also? I ask because I'm level 25 and I have been stuck on Rank 1 - 1337/2000 all day. I have reached my Vanguard Mark cap as of yesterday. I have also been doing the Strike Playlist all day and haven't received any Vanguard Reputation. Anyone have an answer to what might be going on?

5 RepliesNo need to reply. I found out the problem! In order to continue gaining Vanguard Rep "DO NOT" have any gear that gives you Faction Reputation.

Just a FYI, I'm rank 3 now in the vanguard, easiest way is to do the Dailey bounties and continuously do the patrol missions on earth. It took a while but still was able to hit level 3 in a couple days. Now I only wish I could get more than 100 marks a week, or can find the black market reader to use my strange coins. Can never seem to find him haha.
