Motes of Light?
Hi... I know we have to get more exp, to the point where you level up, but instead you get a mote... But I realy wanna know if there is anyone that knows exactly how mutch exp that is

Hit the start button and put your cursor over the 20 next to your subclass and there's a bar that shows the progress.
