"You have no idea how long I've been looking for you" - Ghost, at resurrection
Recognized by the archive computer at one of the most advanced Vex research laboratories (nevermind that... - Ghost)
Found dead (at resurrection) in a line of cars outside of the Russian Cosmodrome, a gateway to space..
Perhaps you were trying to escape?

Edited by Cerith: 9/15/2014 10:50:46 PMThe Sword of Crota's powers are dark - and you have no problem wielding it immediately. Fallen yell "The Darkness is here!" when they see you. Vex Cores - blindingly white. Full of light. Same with any being whom you headshot. Vex Grimoire card - They ARE us.

Edited by Forky: 9/15/2014 11:03:15 PMIt wouldn't make sense for someone to go from Venus to Earth to escape from the darkness... Also since when did Fallen speak in English?

This is one of the things I like about the story, you're so free to take plot points as you like, either make the same connection as OP, or if that's not to ya liking just hand wave it as the computer bugging out from old age.

by far my favorite story told in the destinyverse thus far [the darkness' cards come close as well (according to silent there's a marathon paraphrasing in there which is actually making me go back to replay the game now XD)]. the vex insanity induction ranks right up with the very best of halo's lore IMO [though gravemind v mendicant from halo 3 is still my favorite piece of bungie writing ever].
