Mobile app not loading characters

Title: Mobile app not loading characters and can't view grimoire. Description: Anyone else having an issue with the iphone version of the companion app? It was working fine, then three days ago it started to fail to load my characters. You just get the tap to refresh characters message. I can click in my profile at the top and then click in my characters there to view stats and stuff, but I can't view my grimoire, or tower map from the main menu. I've tried deleting the app cache, signing in and out with both PSN and Live and deleting the app and reinstalling. I also tried unlinking my PSN profile and then linking again. Anyone got a workaround? Repro Steps: 1.) open app and tap to refresh characters 2.) 3.) Result: Nothing loads. Text still says tap to refresh. Tap on grimoire or tower map etc, message says still loading Expected Result: Characters, grimoire and map are loaded Notes:Can still click my profile name at top of menu and load the website version of my profile to view characters but not way to load through legends menu or view grimoire. http://imgur.com/ccXiQJC http://imgur.com/gwyBkOB http://imgur.com/7sljQYr Make: iphone 5c Model: Operation System: 7.o.6 Are you using WIFI?: tried wifi 3G and 4g.   • Just tested on my wife's phone and I get the same issue. So maybe it's something server side. I'm guessing there is something store to say whether characters are available, or something has been updated that is being set incorrectly.
