Hard to say. There are a couple of specific areas that bring about some mind boggling views. 1) climbing up the steps to look over the vastness of the black garden is pretty insane. 2) walking into Phosgoth's room and seeing that... Monstrosity...is perhaps one of the more menacing sights in any game, ever. 3)the tower is still quite beautiful at sunset :p Those are mine :) (I voted mars for all the sweet sand dune jumps for "sparrow-cross" enthusiasts :p)
