It just depends on what class you are going for. Gear doesn't matter till iron banner for pvp. But for pve as a bladedancer hunter, that is what I currently play as, I want to stack int/dis. My blink strike already has like a 5 sec cool down due to skills. I just need my grenade and super to cool down faster. But as a gunslinger I would stack dis/str.
