Apparently, most of you have never played an MMO
I see a lot of people on here complaining about how hard it is to get items of all types. This game has been out for less than a week. MMOs are grindy in nature (it takes time to get the best gear).

31 RepliesDestiny is not an MMO, not sure why people don't understand this, even Bungie has said it multiple times. It just has an MMO loot system that appears to be random as hell. The other thing is that MMOs also release with at least 50 levels of story/quest content and huge areas you can explore. Destiny doesn't have either of those. You can do story content on an MMO for months/years but you can power through everything Destiny has to offer in a handful of days. I understand it is a new game, but even new MMOs release with massive amounts of story and end game content. They also normally have more coherent story lines as well. Even the Call of Duty campaigns have more fleshed out and coherent stories when compared to Destiny.
