Everyone needs to chill out and stop bashing Bungie...

Ok let's just get this straight. Bungie did not intend to give you everything all at once with Destiny. From day one, the game was meant to be an evolving environment. When you bought the game, you only recieved a small portion of it to start with. There will be expansions, DLCs, and more content throughout all aspects of the game to be released in the future. With how small the released game currently is, it's not possible to spend as much money on it as they had. This section of the game simply doesn't cost that much to produce. The simple point I'm trying to make is that you all need to chill out, seriously. If you thoroughly researched this game before you bought it, you would know that it would be kept alive for years to come with the release of more content and a growing storyline. They kept it vague for a reason. Holy shit, your character was dead for centuries before you started playing! Therefore, it makes complete sense that the story is so vague at the start. Mankind recently came out of a dark age, a lot of your knowledge was lost. Throughout your gamplay experience, you will discover more and more, and one day, you will have the entire story, and I promise it will be a rewarding experience. I'm sure they have their reasons for slowly releasing all of the content. It could be a way of balancing out the power of players across the game, it could be way to draw the Destiny gaming community closer together as we all gear ourselves for future releases. Whatever their reason is, they have an excellent track record, despite what some of you are criticizing them for. Some of you are bashing Halo: Reach and Halo 4, but lets face it, they are STILL some of the best games to be released. Bungie knows what they're doing. They may have some internal issues within their development team, but they will work it out. If you don't believe it will get better, than think of it like this. They spent almost $500 million on marketing this game alone. That should tell you right there that they won't stop updating it and won't stop bringing us new and exciting content. They are capitalists, and they will make sure the game stays interesting enough for us to stick around for years to come. Period. (FYI this is the first game of it's kind, and was an extremely challenging project. Props to you Bungie, you guys did a great job. I know it couldn't have been easy/still isn't easy. Keep up the hard work, and we'll keep playing.)
