He'll be back in 5 days or so down by the crucible courtmaster. Advice: DO NOT spend the 1 coin on anything he will have. Instead, try your hardest to accumulate as many coins as you can before his return, as he has extremely unique gear that will surely set you apart from the rest

Then leaves appropriately on Sunday at 4:00a.m. pacific standard time. So if you don't get him between Friday and Saturday you might have no chance of getting him unless you stay up for 4:00 on Sunday. He restocks each time he comes by so be sure to save up those coins with Heroic strikes and random drops to be ready! Hope this helps! Note: Until the next week he comes by we are not exactly sure when he shows up but we can assume that the weekend is when he does. We'll just wait and see.
