What do you think about the idea for an in-game "craigslist" for weapons and guns? Where you can post a gun, and receive a set number of offers, like ten. You look though the offers and accept/decline them, you can include shaders, armor, ships and sparrows in this system.

I think you shoulda tried diablo 3 before ROS, then you'll get your answer.
-
I think that is a great idea!
-
I want this. It worked very well in guild wars. Having an economy is super nice in mmo games that have end-game pvp like the iron banner.
-
-
I think the ability to dismantle any item for glimmer is good enough, they just need to up the glimmer exchange rate a tad, now it's a bit stingy.
-
It'd be nice. The Exotic weapon bounties don't tell you which one they give, and give a set one every time. Now I'm stuck with Thorn and I'm probably just going to break it down for parts. Sucks.
-
They took it out of Diablo 3 for a reason.
-
I wouldn't mind being able to trade with others on my friend list, but that's as far as I would like it to go.no selling, no auction houses.
-
honestly, trading and an action house usually get abused in mmo's. im glad they arent adding one.
-
You would be opening the door for RMT
-
No, it takes out any effort in gaining Exotic/Legendary gear.
-
Will never happen. Bungie said the reason is because they want people to have a story for their exotics and not just get it from a friend or have some ridiculous in game economy to be exploited by people with nothing to do but farm exotics for sale
-
No. Trading. Stahp. Asking.
-
I think it's a bad idea. Having to farm your weapons, brings diversity. Hate games where tons of people are running the same gear.
-
People should have to find em, thats the reason to go out and shred aliens after lvl 20. If you could collect high level stuff then when you got to that level there wouldnt be any gear left to hunt

Edited by JustinCC: 9/15/2014 3:17:36 AMAt least let us share item drop with the same fire team members after a strike mission (like Diablo3 ). fighting boss with friends is cool, sharing loots is even better.

-
This game has no economy, thus your idea will not go through. The game is perfect as it is.
-
-
A lot of people want trading. Bungie doesn't. End of message.
-
That's a pretty awesome alternate idea to the trading threads that were being posted

I don't understand why Bungie is so adamant against having a player-driven economy.
