vanguard armory not appearing
The Vanguard armory dlc is missing from my game. It says installed on my psn store listing and I have already restored my permissions or purchases (don't remember off hand the name of the setting but I've done it 4 times). Yet I don't see the items available with any of the npcs in the tower. Any clue to fix this ? I'm level 18
