Legendary Engram!
So I find a legendary Engram on Venus while on patrol! I am level 23, wait until level 24 ( just 20 minutes from when I find the Engram) and turn it in! First legendary Engram for me, and Cryptarch pukes up a level 16 rare shotgun! Thanks bungie, major letdown after 38 hours of gaming! Off to look for more!
