Weapons jamming!
Don't know if anyone else has had this happen but quiet often my weapon abruptly stops firing or won't fire at all. Fast firing weapons like rifles jam (except the heavy machine gun) or slow firing weapons like the shotgun and hand cannon don't fire at all. And yes there was ammo in the clip. Only happens in the crucible and most often while aiming. Most likely a lag issue but an oddly consistent one. Otherwise good game by game bungie with a lot of potential. Comment if you have had the same issue.

It appears to happen to some people and not to others, methinks it could be a regional issue, I'm curious to know where people are connecting from. My end- Western Australia

Don't k ow what the big deal is.....This happens I real life so why wouldn't you want it in a game. If your weapon jams ditch in combat switch to your backup.

O_o wow, thought it was my controller going bonkers this whole time... Its caused me around 5 deaths last week in pvp Kinda good to know it wasn't my controller, but now its worse as it might be a reoccuring bug for a loooooong time >_>

Finally! Yes! Bungie please look on to this. This happens 4 times an hour minimum. My main gun silvered hushwind. Especially in pvp this is noticeable and leads to certain death.

Comment if you have had the same issue.[/quote] I have this happen constantly, but in crucible only, not in pve. Auto rifles and my auto firing pulse rifle both do it. I'll either get only one shot off when I fire or it won't fire at all.

2 RepliesThat usually happens with carbon build up, you need to go to the tower and buy a barrel snake and that should clear the issue up. Just a little carbon cleaner and then a squirt of oil in the bolt you should be good to go. Oh and remember to close the dust cover while on mars, it gums up the gun.
