Someone rudely explain something to me please.
So I have one legendary. I got it from a blue engram. Now since then I have found around four purple engrams only getting blues.
Now that's not the problem. The problem is, what is the actual POINT in having different engrams if RNG rules anyways?
If you find a legendary engram it should be a legendary. Just let RNG handle which type of engram falls rather then double rolling. Once for the engram, twice for the actual gear.

3 RepliesFrom what I understand, legendary engram's can contain exotics and rate engram's can't. And it's guaranteed not to have a green. The drop rate sucks and it's horrible to get your hopes up just to receive something worse that what you currently have, but it's nice to not see everyone running around in all purple already. It makes the reward that much sweeter when you finally get it.

Was just coming here to post the same thing. I've got 2 legendaries, both from blue engrams, I've found 4 purple and they've all been blue. Its so goddamn frustrating.
