Please please please, for the love of anything sacred and righteous get a headset and mic and switch your fire-team options to play with anyone. It would be nice to communicate with randoms when making a fire-team instead of shooting my gun or dancing to try and communicate. At the very least, I wish Bungie would give us a chat window. Okay, if you just want to play solo that's fine but this is for those who do not know and are wondering why no one will join a fire-team with them. Go into Roster and under "fire-team" changed it to play with anyone (if you want). I did not know this for a while when I played the Beta and when I switched it I would get invitations to join other people's fire-teams which made the game much better. Playing with a headset and mic (and if you have no friends to play with ) open your fire-team to anyone could make Destiny a much better experience for you. Just think, if you could talk with your fireteam you could be way more efficient. Example: during the first strike you fight a giant mechanical spider. Each leg takes about 3000-4000 hp to destroy. Once one leg is destroyed it exposes its neck. Usually without proper communications each player just shoots at a different leg resulting in a longer drawn out battle. However if you could talk with each other you may decide to strategize and all focus on one leg at a time. This is a good strategy but needs good communication.
