They are at the vanguard armory. By where you get your ships in the hanger. You don't get them for free. You still have to buy them for 250 a piece. They do not upgrade at all. Just have a vanguard V on the side of them. You will be able to use them up to level 10. After that they do not progress at all. If you do not see them for sale you need to follow steps at the end of this post. It should say vanguard amory above the lvl 20 weapons. Then if you have a ps4. Go settings. PSN renew licenses and it will pop up. (Btw do it when not in the game)
