Energy Drain
Energy Drain is "a powerful melee attack which drains energy from enemies and uses it to reduce the cooldown of your grenade." So then why is there a buff showing in the bottom left corner of my screen for a few seconds when I use it? Surge has a countdown timer, but energy drain is just like "HEY! YOU! YOU JUST MELEED SOMEONE!!!!" What does the announcement mean?
