Destiny Franchise + Morpheus/Omni
Thoughts on this idea. Will it happen? Will it work? I don't see it happening until Destiny2 at the earliest. Would this Morpheus offer a better way to play? Morpheus in tandem with the Omni. Check out demos of the Occulus working with something called the Omni on YT.

1 ReplyIt's a start and although in gaming it's limited, to technicians and training it will be vital. Gaming will be the gateway for this tech.

2 RepliesI haven't tried VR myself but it seems it works best when you are sat in a cockpit or stood still. It just feels a little too complex for this stage of VR. I'd like it. But to be immersive you'd need one of this treadmill type things (not an actual treadmill but some gaming device designed to be used with VR) in the room... I dunno. I guess yes but it won't be as immersive as a racing game.
