COD MAY HAVE MET ITS MATCH?

http://www.gamespot.com/articles/destiny-could-sell-10-15-million-copies-more-than-call-of-duty-advanced-warfare-analyst-says/1100-6420810/ As everyone knows COD has been out selling all games for years now. But Destiny might change that. What do you think?

With all due respect...Destiny is not a COD killer. This is coming from a card-carrying COD hater (and I wear my badge proudly too), no FPS game will kill Call Of Duty, because to paraphrase Vince McMahon, "Destiny didn't screw COD, COD screwed COD." In Activision's longstanding tradition, they took a good franchise and milked it dry, to the point that the only people left interested are the true diehards who will buy the game year after year no matter how little they differ from one another. On a separate note, I'm happy Destiny is only a 10 year commitment between Bungie & Activision-which in terms of game development is relatively short a span of time when you consider it took 5 years to make Destiny itself, because that means there's no chance of the same being done to this franchise as well. Once it's done...it's truly done.
