The only thing that does not is the DLC maps and missions. That means that you will have to buy a second expansion pass for the second platform, but when you do, you will be able to go in and continue as if nothing changed.

nope they already pretty much said so - you can take the items back and forth, but can only play the missions on the console with the dlc. so you could play and earn dlc items on the 1 and take them to the 360, but not be able to access the areas.
