What was your proudest moment from the Beta?
Also; what was the worst/most frustrating thing to happen to you?
I'd love to hear some of your best/worse experiences.
I'd have to say my proudest moment was soloing the Devil's Lair Strike on Hard difficulty, with no deaths.
Did you know you can shoot off the Devilwalker's missile pod? (The one that launches a salvo of glowing blue missiles)
It makes the fight considerably easier.
The moment that aggravated me the most was when I consistently did better than the rest of my team during an Iron Banner event, but was never rewarded any of the Iron Banner Legendaries.

This match in particular shows what I'm talking about, haha. (I'm Ethereal Her0)

Exploring da moon ya thats right im a astronaut!!!

Edited by FenHarel: 9/1/2014 1:43:07 AMMy favorite time in Destiny's beta was probably just screwing around in Explore, we were all just messing around on sparrows, hunting chests, "racing", bumping each other, killing things, yada yada. Worst part was when I was playing solo, trying to help a couple randoms do the strike mission, once we got to the Devil Walker, both rage quit, leaving me to slowly but surely kill the stupid thing by myself, along with Septimus. (or whatever the dumb floating eyeball's name was)

Edited by hazmattx: 9/1/2014 1:47:58 AMMy first 32k-11d in the iron banner.
on the moon. Im the reason noobs got the Interceptor nerfed
Winning knife fights against boss rank mobs
-
On first light, boosting around in my sparrow. Come up to point B, guarded by 4 enemy guardians. Proceeds to leap off of sparrow and glide above the point...unleashing my nova bomb on the 4 expecting guardians, thus winning the game:) It felt so rewarding!
-
Worst moment. When I messed up the emblem time in my area and idk if I'm gonna get it when the game comes out
-
A long-range headshot with a rocket launcher. On a captain who was surrounded by mooks and lifting his arm to sound the charge. It was a thing of beauty. Worst moment was when I finally realized that I didn't need to stay put and defend my ghost as he unlocked the laser grid. That was an awful lot of deaths I could have avoided.

Making top 10 in leaderboards.
-
My favorite beta moment was exploring the hive on the moon for exclusively 2 hours the moon was open with 2 other friends and defeating the ogre.
-
My biggest achievement was play more than 50+ hours longest I have ever played a beta.
-
The same as you, soloing the Devil's Lair with no deaths. Biggest let down for me was my own fault. On the moon when you open the gates of hell, or whatever their actual name is, and dying in a knife fight with the hilarious amount of Thrall that decend upon you. ... Should have brought a gun to my knife fight...
-
Taking on The moon mission by my self on hardest difficulty I died once, and I could've beaten it without dying but I was fooling around on a vehicle and paid the price :/
-
When I went 30-0 in the crucible and my fireteam and I speed ran the strike in under 10 mins.
-
Um.....all of it I suppose? But if I just had to choose one for the hell of it, I would go with kicking the purple orb off the tower or getting the bunny emblem from finding enough crates on the moon (simply because I didn't see anyone else with it). Not any amazing highlights I can think of really. Did the strike on hard practically solo, had one other in there but he just ran around dying, think he got 2 kills by the end. Didn't feel super accomplished from it though as I pretty much had it down so well I could do it in my sleep (played too many runs through it I think). I was happy with my average K/D on crucible, and found tons of grimoire and ghosts so all in all I just had fun.
-
Worse thing was running into the enemies with ????? For names and not being able to hurt em lol Best thing was a melee kill in PVP
-
I found the devil walker in old Russian. All by myself. No one else came to help. Took me about 30 minutes but I defeated it. . AND GOT NO LOOT. I was a little pissed but it was fun to do. Pretty proud of the accomplishment.

My proudest moment was when I got Plan C.
-
Geting a free test for an awesome game
-
Best moment by far was having a dance party in front of a ???? Ogre with 5 other people and eventually(after many deaths from each player) killing it...yes killing it...it happened. But not by bullets, knives, melee, or supers. Gravity can be your best friend in Destiny.
-
Soloing a public event although I didn't complete it on the last day too it was in the place where in the opening of the game the you see that big ship warp jump in
-
After losing so many crucible battles, I finally got first out of BOTH teams, and got a gun, and some rad armor
-
Entering the giant whole on the moon and killing that giant ogre. And all his friends
-
I did the same thing where I played house of devils alone on hard but found out that enemies get easier if there are two guys in the lobby instead of three. But anyway my proudest moment was when I went on a 13 killing streak in the crucible Venus map with no deaths and earned mark of the unbroken.
