What Was Your Crowning Beta Achievement?
What was your proudest moment from the Beta?
Also; what was the worst/most frustrating thing to happen to you?
I'd love to hear some of your best/worse experiences.
I'd have to say my proudest moment was soloing the Devil's Lair Strike on Hard difficulty, with no deaths.

[spoiler]Did you know you can shoot off the Devilwalker's missile pod? (The one that launches a salvo of glowing blue missiles)
It makes the fight considerably easier.[/spoiler]
The moment that aggravated me the [i]most[/i] was when I consistently did better than the rest of my team during an Iron Banner event, but was never rewarded any of the Iron Banner Legendaries.

1 ReplyMy favorite, finding the secret, unbeatable-unless-you-push-it-off-with-your-sparrow ogre. Which I did do. And my least favorite, the Devil Walker in the strike was at least 5% health, and my entire fire team died. I nearly gave up on that strike mission

1 ReplyMy shining moment is when me and my group went to the moon and found a dead ghost in the hive ship as well as our third gold chest to unlock the sweet name bars (actual name is escaping me at this moment) that we got.

It would be the devils lair, soloing the Devil walker from half hp cause i couldn't get to the spot where the other two where camping it up without being rapped by the walker

4 RepliesA chain of glitches that started with me turning invisible - allowing me to slay the Hallowed Knight - followed by camping a near-instant-respawning cave full of enemies and amassing a giant pile of ammo, items, and Orbs.

My overmanly titan experience Spear tackling a Hive ogre off the cliff with my sparrow then killing a few Dreg as i fall to my death. If i am going down i am taking more than 1 with me.

Exterminate in iron banner in 10 seconds. Quad on b flag on moon with nova bomb. Grab a flaming pike and double on a wing while my teammates got beat down

2 RepliesGetting inside the Shrieker cave, then all the way back to the Devil Walker and taking it down by myself. All the times I got instakilled before I successfully got in the Shrieker cave.

My crowning beta achievement was getting not one, but two splatters with my Sparrow in PVP. It was awesome both times. I didn't have any super depressing moments... but I guess my worst was going into Devils Lair, having one person drop out, and having the other guy be... just awful. I had to drop out, we were going so slow.

Proudest moment was sitting on edge of the Tower watching a sunset and the travellers as the Servers shut down on the last hours of the Beta. And that's also the saddest moment too - as the Servers shut down and I had no more connection. Well until September 9th when I'll be playing it on XBox One instead of the XBox 360 :)

1 ReplyI was playing on the moon by myself and my team was getting pooped on so i was feeling a bit down about it. I was going for the B flag to try and cap it. I jumped on the flag and saw someone on the radar on the second story of the B building so I backed off in case he had his super. Then I see someone else coming from my right (from A). The enemy team just capped that flag. So I jumped up readying myself to use my nova bomb. Little did I know it was the entire enemy team coming for me. I throw my nova bomb at them and kill all 6 of the enemy players. Idk why but I didnt save that game :/... I guess since my luck with the PS share button had been pretty terrible I thought it wouldnt save. I completely freaked out when I figured out that I killed everyone in 1 shot :D

Getting 16 kills in a Crucible match (I was averaging 7, sadly), and soloing the Devil Walker in the Old Russia explorable map (the door behind it was locked so I could not continue to fight the others).

Playing as a titan and having the whole team go to flag B and me supering all of them for a 6 kills and a winning game by about 50 points. boo yah. My friends had that "OHHHH SHIT!!!" moment. It was great.

3 RepliesProudest was probably using my fist to destroy the Devil Walker [spoiler]One could say I fisted it, since my Titan has a stripper dance[/spoiler] My least proud was when I switched to the 360 version to play with some friends, I was standing in front of his flaming sparrow, I punched it, it jetted forward and knocked me off a cliff.
