The new map is remake of Midship hint (purple reign) its purpleeeeeeeee....and so many ppl gave up haol3 becuase the maps suck and the br is about as dominant as a dam smg...soo if they dont give us midship dont expect halo3 to last as long as halo2..gawd bungie just make the game good ploxzzx!!!!!!!

Why the hell can't you just tell us the real names of the maps. Its not like a name like "Foundry:" gives out exactly what the map is about. The codenames aren't even funny.

the master chief drawing lacks basic perspective, and the details leave a lot to be desired, equaling a poorly-designed doodle. nothing but an unsuccessful attempt to squeeze a laugh out of a cliche that may or may not have been funny to begin with. unless you're a noob, but you don't count anyway.

Yeah im pretty sure that ok corral is tombstone/hang em high. I read something in a mag during study hall and saw something about two gangs of cowboys fighting in out in Tombstone, Arizona. At the end of the article it had a quote that ended with "Ok Corral" I will try to research it some more later. Anyways people please stop bringing up the BR. I dont really want to start an arguement but the BR was not purposely weaken by Bungie for the good of the community nor for any reason. [Edited on 02.05.2008 12:36 PM PST]

Ok, there are a lot of people making speculations that this new map is Lockout. and there is some pretty good evidence for it. (read the damn thread if you havent heard this yet.) But now I think I may be on to something that will add to the pile of evidence that is growing in support of Lockout. the part about michigan... re-read that part- "He gets too close and I take a safe shot at the core, sending him hurtling to whatever hell is reserved for Michigan Wolverines fans (which may simply be a normal game, but with flames on the periphery). " remember when you got blasted by fusion cores in Lockout??? You would go flying over the edge, and down into that horribly frigid place at the bottom of Lockout... YES thank goodness no flying bodies, that was just ridiculous. -also a note on the mister chief... the color scheme needs some work, the green and yellow of the mister, does not work well with you multicolored flouresent background, the background is becoming more of the focal point than the figure... which is not good. seriously i like the kiddish cartoonyness of the mister but i think something in the backgound could compliment this style... give him a place to live thats cool, calm and comfortable, not something that would give him a headache. ...or you could always pull a jackson pollock... :)

Awesome update Bungie. I'm rather surprised that you guys are putting so much effort and having professional clans with members of MLG help test and offer suggestions about the current melee system. Great dedication to your fans Bungie. Hope the auto-patch and next batch of maps come out smoothly and that they kick-ass like the first set.

sure would be nice to actually receive some info in an update. It's been a while since we've had a "good" update. When's the secret stuff over? More importantly, when are we going to have vehicle sets other than covies on BTB Sandtrap? Least importantly (yeah, I know, not proper) when are we going to have a presidential candidate worth voting for??
