Bungie and 343 Industries When It Comes to Halo Videos

So I've recently been looking around Halo Waypoint and posting in the forums every once in awhile (haven't been banned yet) under The Master Chief Collection section. I remember somebody linking to a video about Bungie's Halo 2 deleted content (which I have on my Halo 2 Limited Edition copy of the game) because of the mongoose. Anyways I then started looking at other videos about Halo 2, 3, Reach, and a couple for CEA. And then I realized something I hadn't noticed till now about Bungie and 343's Halo videos...Which has more to do with their videos and not about their games. What I noticed is that Bungie comes off as real natural people who are just having a good time, joking around, laughing, messing with each other, swearing, and just seem like regular people. 343 on the other hand...Feels like they were created by a corporation (yes I'm aware that Microsoft made the company but I'm talking about the people who work there) and feel very professional. I don't know when I see them in a Halo video they feel like they're in a damn job interview...Even poor Frankie seems this way and I loved his Bungie Weekly Updates. Now this isn't about Bungie vs 343 when making Halo games this topic is about how the two differ in Halo videos like vidoc's. The best way I can express what I'm trying to say is from a YouTube comment I made recently... "I liked Bungie's Halo videos way better they seemed like they were having a great time and just enjoying each other's company. 343 seems like they're in a damn job interview it feels really manufactured and too damn professional whenever I see them in a video like this." - Me Anyways here's a couple videos that lead me to this conclusion... Bungie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNpNIhcNmH8 (Reach Multiplayer Beta vidoc) 343: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8CUf5qTIY9c (Reach DLC) If I need to post more videos for evidence I will but these two are the ones that have lead me to this opinion of mine. PS. Is it just me or is BS Angel (don't remember her real name) not a very good Community Manager? I really miss Frankie as a Community Manager back during Halo 2 and 3. BS Angel's bulletins are pretty hard to read since she uses forced humor in them. Also apparently The Bungie forums (Don't remember which section) has nicknamed her the Banana Faced Lady back in 2011 a few months after E3.
