I was a little turned off by the amount of controller input lag during my time in the beta. I'm an Xbox One player, and I have to say it was a "low-medium" annoyance to not feel the same responsiveness that I usually feel when I play BF4 or Titanfall. I know Halo had the same feel, and it may be intended. I have a 2ms response time monitor I play on, so I can definitely say that the delay comes from the game/console.
What are your guys' thoughts on this? Thanks.

I think Flyinghotpot hit the nail on the head. Since the game is locked at 30 fps (frames per second), that's 0.0333 seconds per frame = 33.3 milliseconds per frame. Therefore, the frame rate of the game itself adds an additional 33.3 milliseconds onto the input lag (in addition to the tv and console input lag). For reference, one of the fastest tv's on the market right now is the Sony KDL55W950B, which has a reported input lag of ~17ms.

Thats the difference between 60 fps vs. locked 30fps, not input lag.

Even at a max sensitivity the in game moment was really slow.

2ms response time is not the input lag on your screen, that's a common misconception. I noticed no input lag on ps4.

I played on PS4 and didn't really notice any input lag at all. The only thing I did notice that was slightly annoying for me was acceleration as you turned, like starting really slow then it speeds up, possibly it's that which you are mentioning?
