Why FPS players who played Destiny are mad
1. They don't get the whole MMO aspect of this game...XP points, HP bars, raiding, loot, etc...
2. They thought Destiny was like CoD
3. Some CoD players thought they'd PWN at Destiny...and didn't....
4. They assumed too much, and unlike REAL gamers didn't research the game before preordering
5. FPS players aren't gamers.....now don't jump down my throat, by FPS "players" I mean idiots who ONLY play FPS games and have NEVER expanded the library they own beyond Halo, CoD, or Battlefield
You nimrods seriously need to get your heads out of your asses.

By the way, you should of started with "IDIOTS YOU PLAY FPS'ers" because now you are coming off as condescending to the entire FPS community and its looking like you are backpedaling.

Not a single person can be considered an idiot because they have preferences in what they do and do not like to play, OP clearly has no idea what a gamer is. A real gamer does not care what you play or what your playing it on as long as your gaming experience is what you enjoy. OP makes it sound like if you don't play every genre out there you're not a gamer, it's actually the opposite OP... You're not the gamer.

1 ReplyThe majority of people who "hate" the newest FPS do so because they can't compete at the same caliber as the previous game they were playing. This is why Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2 still so popular.

6 RepliesI play fps games like, GOW, Halo, COD, and many others. I play FF, Diablo, Defiance and yet you call that not a gamer hell I even play sports games. So your opinion of what is and what isn't a gamer is wrong and sounds like you are a PC gamer through and through and not a cross platform gamer like most on here ( PC, ps, Xbox, wii/wii u) for those that can't comprehend what cross platform is. This post is just from someone who is attention starved and trying to troll about a platform best for gaming which is stupid, considering each platform has it's own ups and downs.

I want out of FPS games and be more RPG/MMO, and Destiny was probably the final nail in the coffin. Cus I can't even look at FPSs anymore.
