I think a few more customization things would be nice but really the only place where your face and race matter is the tower and your armor is fairly customizable you have different shaders and different styles the only thing I can think of is to add something like half-armor where you have like as sleeve missing or something like that but they said they will have more so we'll see and as far as classes are concerned I believe there is going to be at least one more sub class not shown and possible more you can find in the world so the three classes may turn out to be a large variety of mix and match
