So I had to work Saturday while the event was taking place. My wife says to me "why cant i play it for you so you dont miss out?". I accept her offer and, knowing that she has little to no experience with FPS games other than minecraft occasionally, show her how to log onto the beta and select my character. I take a glance at my phone around 5:30pm EST, right after the event started, and notice i have about 50 or so text messages detailing her experience thus far ranging from "this game is stupid!" to "ive died like a billion times, i hope that doesnt matter...". When I get home that evening i notice that she took full advantage of "Xbox, record that" and have a dozen or so videos to sift through. Well she, surprisingly, completes the event and im squared away for my gift from Bungie. I leave you today a few highlights from my wifes epic adventure.
