As far as I know, the Spaceships in Destiny are only cosmetic items. Even the Legendary ships serve no real purpose other than showing off what you have bought or won. One problem I foresee in Destiny's future is running out of space to store items. Even in the Beta we can somewhat-quickly find items that we can't use until a higher level. People may also want to collect or hold onto certain items as keepsakes, or because they mean a lot to them. What happens when you have no more storage space and you don't want to melt down your old, trusty Handcannon? [i]You get more storage space.[/i] I think it would be great if some higher-tier ships had bonuses to storage. Maybe one ship could have an ability increasing the amount of a certain weapon type you can store in your inventory. Another may let you keep more Special ammo on your person. Another may expand the size of your Vault. What do you guys think? I know it's probably not going to be as big of an issue as I make it out to be, but I do feel the ships should do more than just look nice during loading screens.
