Dear complainers, please...just stop.
To all those that are complaining, and putting down Bungie or Destiny because it has some issues; please just stop. It is a beta, and this is exactly the reason Bungie has kindly let us sample their game. In fact, they told us to break it. Why? So they can fix those problems and hopefully have them resolved for the final release.
Instead of acting like a child and using vulgar language and insults, why not try being constructive? If there's an issue, document it, and post it in a thread that already exists (yes, do a search you lazy people), and simply let them know what happened in an organized, mature way. Even better, try to communicate what you were trying to do when it happened, or provide an error code if you were given one.
Doing it like that only helps Bungie quickly pinpoint the issues instead of trying to sift through hundreds of posts of childish, immature behavior. If you want Destiny to be so great, then step back from your little insignificant tantrums and help Bungie make it great.

1 ReplyYou sir, just won the Forum. I agree 100%. I truly feel that Destiny is going to be much more than just a shooter, it is art, engineering, talent, imagination and of course interaction. We are only testing it, seeing the tip of the iceberg. That's after all, what the beta is for.

A breath of fresh air. There is a proper way to get your point across to the developers without being a dirt bag about it. Screenshots, videos, error codes, actions and locations at the time of the bug carry far more weight than insulting the ones bringing you the game. Having to wade through the personal attacks and whining only slows them down in getting to the real problems and creating fixes. So he's right. Stop being petulant.

There are whiners but there are also people who want to help destiny improve the game, people being negative is never good, but there are also people who genuinely want to help bungie improve the game. A complaint is a very valid source of info that bungie can then use to improve destiny for its final release. If no one spoke up they wouldn't know what we thought.

Well if you say so. Today I was playing and I experienced a fallen shank flying into the ceiling and I was unable to kill it for a few minutes (halting my mission progress) but thankfully it despawned. I'm not sure if Bungie already took care of bugs like that but I just thought I'd document it somewhere.

Well in a way bungie wants us to complain as feedback from the beta but I do understand your issue with people using fowl language with their complaints. I don't like that either
