The pulse rifles I found were terrible they did okay dmg but the recoil was crazy. I thought the point of burst fire was to reduce recoil. For the most part the pulse rifles were basically unusable. I think they should have the recoil toned down a lot and depending on how much better that makes them pull back the dmg a bit as well
