I figure blues and purps and whatnot will, but why don't green boots get special effects? All the other green armor does! Am I the only one with OCD bad enough that the lack of a gold border around my boots bothers me? Can I get a run boost or a shiny-ness upgrade or something I can dump some XP into? Why do all the other greens do stuff? I WANT MY BOOTS TO BE LOVED TOO!! *cries in a corner clutching his beautiful boots* But seriously, where's the #bootlove?
