Can`t choose platform

I preordered destiny via amazon month ago. I followed the instruction i got by mail and used the code amazon gave me. Now i got a mail to choose the platform on which i want to play. I followed the link, but there is no code listed on my account. What can i do? Thanks for your help!

    As of July 10th, you were (and are still able) to select which platform you're going to play the beta on. If you aren't seeing this, here are a few possibilities of what might be happening: 1. You're logged into the incorrect bungie.net user profile (beta codes are attached to bungie.net user profiles, not authentication methods) 2. You didn't navigate to the page through [u]Profile > Codes[/u] 3. You never redeemed a code successfully at [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/User/coderedemption]bungie.net/beta[/url] in the first place. 4. You haven't verified your bungie.net user profile ([url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/18405/64336060/0/0]troubleshoot here[/url]) 5. You're trying to do this through the mobile app.

      • Through searching i have found a support email that you report website bugs.. if this is what it is. here: bnetbugs@bungie.com it may offer a solution or at least a point in the right direction.

      • PS4 here. Same thing going on. Tried it after the first email - no go. I keep getting Bungie's emails but it doesn't work. I tried Spawn's suggestion of logging through my gmail, PSN, and Live accounts and still nothing. Oh well...

        • yeah i just preordered destiny last month and i keep getting the email saying its not too late to choose hoe you play and when i click on it it says that the link/unlink is unavailable.. this is some serious bulls*** i wanna play the beta not watch everyone do it, this is why all betas should be open and free

          • This has been going on before the release of the beta. I have tried to contact BUNGIE but there is no contact info. I don't know what to do. The last guy to post said it was because of maintenance but that's not the problem at all, it's the site. Good luck man!

            Having same problem with destiny wont let me choose xbox 360 for my platform ...they have no phone number I can find how about you guys anyone have the number... seasidejp@yahoo.com...this sucks hope they fix it ....well everyone else is playing but not me .....[url=http://www.bungie.net]link[/url]

          • Following the advice of Spawn, I tried logging into Bungie.net as a different profile (a google profile, rather than the Microsoft one i previously was trying) and there it was, waiting in the codes section. No idea how, but I must be a dodo. Check it yourselves guys

          • I have exactly the same problem, I've received 2 emails the same saying 'Its not too late'. Not yet maybe, but its cutting it fine now. I'll be pretty pissed off if I can't play the beta. Wouldn't have bothered with the preorder otherwise. Can anyone at Bungie confirm that they are aware of this issue?

              • Beta is down for maintenance today and tomorrow as per schedule, maybe that's why.
